On-Line Registration System For Instructor-Led Training


How to Register:

  • The On-Line Registration System For Instructor-Led Training is located on the Internet. This system will replace the SSRegistrar bulletin board system in Go-Mail!! You will no longer be able to register workers at that location!!


  • To register Social Services workers for courses, each worker must have an account in the system.


  • All accounts (i.e. Supervisor, Worker, and Instructor) will use their Employee ID Number (found on the worker's pay stub or PMF) as the username and a password. Passwords will be assigned automatically and sent via the email address provided during registration. This should occur within a few minutes after a successful registration.


  • Supervisors must establish all worker accounts. However, individuals previously registered through SSRegistrar may have been added to the system already. You will need to conduct a search by name to determine if your worker has been added. Supervisors will have access only to the workers they supervise.


Steps to access the On-Line System:

  1. Mouse-click here: http://www.gadfcs.org/dfcs/ss/sshome.html to access the website.


  2. To access the system, mouse-click on the Registration button on the Social Services tab.


  3. Enter your Employee ID Number and Password. Once access has been granted, a menu will appear.


  4. Supervisors must conduct a search to see if the worker is in the system prior to registration!


Check to see if an account already exists for the worker you wish to register:

  1. Everyone who has previously registered for training classes through the SSRegistrar should have an established account. This information is provided to all supervisors.


  2. From the Supervisor/Coordinator Menu, mouse-click on the Register button.


  3. Enter the worker's Employee ID in the Employee ID field and mouse-click the Register button.


  4. Choose the Type of Course for which you wish to register the worker from the drop-down menu and mouse-click the Next button.


  5. Choose the Date and Location from the drop-down menu and mouse-click the Next button.


If no account exists for the worker you wish to register:

  1. From the Supervisor/Coordinator Menu, mouse-click the New Worker button.


  2. Enter the worker's Employee ID in the Employee ID field.


  3. Complete the remaining fields on this screen and mouse-click the Next button.


  4. On the next screen, provide all of the requested information and then mouse-click the Next button.


  5. At this point, you will see the words “Worker Account Successfully Created”, which means you may now mouse-click the Register button to register the worker for a course. An email containing the worker's password will be sent to the worker.


  6. Choose the Type of Course for which you wish to register the worker from the drop-down menu and mouse-click the Next button.


  7. Choose the Date and Location from the drop-down menu and mouse-click the Next button.


At this point, you will see one of the following messages:

  1. Successful Registration - This confirms that the worker has been successfully registered for the course section you requested.


  2. Worker Already Registered - This indicates that the worker has already been registered for the course section you requested.


  3. Wait Listed - This indicates that although the course section is full, the worker has been added to the wait list for that section. The wait list accepts 5 people for each course section. As space becomes available, workers on the wait list will be added to the course section according to the order in which they registered.


  4. Course Section Full - This indicates that the course section and its wait list are full.


  5. Prerequisite Not Met - This indicates that the worker has not satisfied a prerequisite for the course.


  6. Conflicting Time - This indicates that the worker is already registered for a course section that conflicts with the course section you are requesting.
