I reached the end of the module and did not receive a module average.

I selected Next
and got the following error message: "There was no response.
The server could be down or is not responding. If you are unable to
connect later contact the server administrator." What do I do?
Click OK and then try to
continue with the training. If you can't continue you have probably
lost your connection with the server. This message usually indicates a problem
with your Internet connection or the server. Try to reconnect to your
Internet Service Provider. If the problem continues, or you cannot
reconnect, contact the Help Desk.
I got a message that

I selected a reference and it didn't open.
Sometimes a previously opened Reference page will
minimize onto the taskbar instead of closing. When this happens
the next Reference page chosen will open in that same window and you will
need to click
the button located on the task bar to view it.
To avoid this problem, always close a Reference page by clicking the in the upper-right corner of the pop-up window.
I was reading a page in the training, and it referred to "the animation below" or "the picture below" but I do not see these pictures or animations.
You may be missing a Flash Player plug-in. A plug-in is a piece of
software that is added to your Web browser to allow you to view certain
types
of files that display animations (and sometimes still pictures). Contact
the Help Desk to find out how to download and install the Flash Player
plug-in you need.
