When cost-effective, DMA will pay for employee-related health insurance for Medicaid-eligible recipients.

Referrals are to be made for any Medicaid recipient who is enrolled in or has access to employee-related medical insurance.

The HIPP referral Form is used to transmit information to DMA for potential purchase of an AU member's employee-related medical insurance.

Do not make a HIPP referral if the recipient will not be eligible for Medicaid on an ongoing basis.
