does not have a high school diploma or GED, and

participates in education directly related to employment for an average of at least 20 hours per week during the moth,

she is counted as meeting work activity requirements in a month even if averaging fewer than 30 hours per week.

both work eligible parents in a two-parent AU are

less than 20 years old, and

without a high school diploma or GED, and

each maintains satisfactory attendance at a secondary school or the equivalent during the month,

they are counted as meeting work activity requirements in a month even if averaging fewer than 35 hours per week.

both work eligible parents in a two-parent AU are

less than 30 years old, and

without a high school diploma or GED, and

each participates in education directly related to employment for an average of at least 20 hours per week during the month,

they are counted as meeting work activity requirements in a month.

a work eligible single custodial parent or caretaker relative has a child under age six, and

participates for an average of at least 20 hours per week in a primary work activity,

she is counted as meeting work activity requirements in a month even if averaging fewer than 30 hours per week.
a work eligible individual participates in work experience and/or community service activities for the maximum hours allowed by the FLSA formula,

she is counted as meeting core work activity requirements in a month even if the monthly total averages less than 20 hours per week.
