Circumstance	Policy
Application	45 days beginning with the day on which an application is received.
Review	By the last day of the month in which the review is due.
Missed Appointment	Application: Hold for 10 days if the AU misses a scheduled appointment. Deny the application on the first work day following the 10th day if no contact is made. If a subsequent appointment is scheduled and missed, deny the application on the first work day after the 10th day following the first missed appointment or the first work day following the missed subsequent appointment, whichever is later. Review: A second appointment notice is only necessary if the first notice was sent untimely or if the recipient contacts the agency during the timely notice period.
