There was not enough information provided in the instructional material to enable me to answer a question.
Sometimes the training material does not cover all of the details of a policy.  You are then referred to your policy manual for further information.  It is important that you consult your policy manual for supplementary information when you are instructed to do so.

I answered a question, and the feedback states that I answered incorrectly. However, I feel certain that I provided the correct answer. Could the exercise or assessment have a mistake in it?
Yes, from time to time a question (or an answer to a question) will contain a mistake. If you believe you have found a mistake, in a question or anywhere else in the training, please contact the Help Desk. We will clarify the policy matter and correct the mistake if there is one.
