Assistance Unit Size/Composition ODIS--3205	FICM must state how many are in the home and who they are. Age and relationship are relevant in determining eligibility for separate AU status. In determining the AU, consider who purchases and prepares food together.
Citizenship Alienage ODIS--3320	Must be a US Citizen or see manual section 3320 for alien policy Verify for Citizenship - Third party verification required Verify for Alienage - INS document and VIS
Enumeration ODIS--3325	Each person must provide a number or proof that they have applied for a number -- good cause may apply for failure to provide, may also be postponed for expedited services and newborns ages 0-6 months. Verify - A/R statement of SSN or provide proof of application for SSN Enumeration for newborns - Compliance with the enumeration process is not requested until the next review or within six months following the month the baby is born, whichever is later.
Failure to Comply With Other Programs ODIS--3385	FS benefits may not be increased if AU's income decreases or terminates due to failure to perform required action in TANF, SSI, or General Assistance.
Identity ODIS--3335	Identity of applicant must be verified at initial application.
Lawbreakers ODIS--3310	All A/Rs are required to declare in writing at the time of application or review, or when adding a new AU member, whether they are convicted or fleeing felons or probation or parole violators. They are not eligible. See ODIS for more details.
Relationship ODIS--3205	Not a requirement, but relevant in determining eligibility for separate AU status.
Residency ODIS--3340	Must live or intend to live in Georgia and in county where benefits are received; permanent dwelling or fixed address not required Verify - At application, third party verification is required. Items such as a mortgage staement or lease, rent or utility receipts, school records, etc. may be used. At review accept and document the AU’s statement of residency unless information known to the agency conflicts with the AU’s statement.
Voluntary Quit ODIS--3380	AU members who voluntarily quit work or reduce hours at work without good cause may be sanctioned.
Work Requirement ODIS--3350	AU members must participate in the work program unless they meet an exemption. Any individual referred to TANF work program is considered to have met FS work requirements. See Work Program Exemptions chart for more information.
